Ben Franklin's In My Bathroom is a hybrid book written by Candace Fleming. It is the first in the History Pals series. (I'm currently finishing up the second one).It is really two book in one, as it contains approx. 50 black and white spot illustrations and 50 graphic novel pages which are based on real facts about Ben Franklin's life.
It's a history lesson for young readers that's meant to keep them entertained and turning the pages. I think the book succeeds spectacularly and I had a great time illustrating the book.
